To get these bacon wrapped pizza rolls started gather everything you need and have it in your work area. Grab a bag of Totinos or your favorite brand of pizza rolls from the frozen section. I went with 25 because these go fast, and with bacon wrapped pizza rolls, trust me, you’ll want leftovers—if that’s even a thing with these. You’ll also need a slab of bacon, with each slice of bacon halved to wrap around the pizza rolls. For the finishing touch, grab some butter, fresh parsley, Parmesan cheese, and garlic and herb seasoning.

Let’s Cook

Preheat your oven or smoker to 375°F. This temperature is just right for getting the bacon crispy while keeping the pizza rolls perfectly warm and cheesy. Take each frozen pizza roll and wrap it in a half slice of bacon, making sure the seam is tucked underneath. No need for toothpicks—the bacon will stay put as it cooks. Arrange them on the wire rack to allow for even air circulation.

Now, season these beauties generously with garlic and herb seasoning. Don’t hold back; this is where the magic starts. Place the bacon wrapped pizza rolls in the oven or smoker and let them cook for 50-55 minutes. Keep an eye on them around the 40-minute mark because cooking times can vary. You’re looking for that perfect dark amber color—crispy, golden, and absolutely mouthwatering.

While the bacon wrapped pizza rolls are cooking, it’s time to whip up the sauce that makes these unforgettable. Melt your butter in a small saucepan over low heat or in the microwave . Stir in the chopped parsley, grated Parmesan, and a couple of tablespoons of garlic and herb seasoning. The smell alone will have you drooling. This buttery, garlicky goodness takes these rolls from amazing to downright irresistible.

Let’s Eat

When your Bacon Wrapped Pizza Rolls are done, give them a few minutes to rest—5 to 10 should do it. This helps the cheese inside settle so you don’t scorch your mouth on the first bite. It’s worth the wait, I promise.

Now for the fun part. Place the bacon wrapped rolls in a big bowl, pour the butter sauce over the top, and gently toss until they’re coated in that rich, garlicky goodness. The sauce clings to the crispy bacon, making every bite an explosion of flavor. Each roll is like a mini homemade hot pocket, but so much better.
