They’re everything you love about buffalo chicken but wrapped up in a buttery, flaky crescent roll that’s baked to golden perfection. Whether you’ve got leftover chicken, some rotisserie, or even freshly grilled pieces, this recipe is the perfect excuse to put it to delicious use. They’re crazy easy to make, loaded with flavor, and perfect for any get-together.

Let’s Prep:

First up: gathering ingredients.The filling is pretty straightforward. Only a few ingredients bring a TON of flavor to this recipe: softened cream cheese, chicken, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese and crescent rolls are all you need. Optionally you can add egg wash and sesame seeds for a better presentation, but these buffalo chicken bombs will be great without as well. As for the chicken anything works. Leftover buffalo chicken is awesome here, but rotisserie or any cooked chicken will do the trick just fine.

Once you’ve got the chicken all chopped up, mix it together with the buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar. That filling is going to be creamy, spicy, and just a little tangy. The cream cheese helps mellow out the heat from the buffalo sauce, and the cheddar adds that nice sharp kick that melts perfectly in the oven.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese 1 block, softened
  • 3/4 C Chicken finely chopped
  • 1/2 C Buffalo Sauce
  • 3/4 C Shredded Cheddar
  • 8 Crescent Rolls 1 can
  • 1 Egg for egg wash
  • Sesame Seeds
  • 2 TBSP O.M.G Seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven or smoker to 350F
  • In a bowl, mix chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, shredded cheddar together well to combine.
  • Open crescent rolls and separate. Lay down a heaping spoonful of the chicken mixture on the wide end of the crescent roll. Roll up
  • Pinch the sides together to seal shut
  • Place on a baking sheet, and add egg wash and sesame seeds on top.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and bottom is done, but not burning
  • Serve hot with Ranch, Blue Cheese, or your favorite dip.
