Ingredients for Chicken Bacon Ranch Fries:

  • 32 oz frozen crinkle-cut French fries
  • 4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • Ranch seasoning (as much as you like!)
  • Ranch dressing (extra for drizzling)
  • 1 lb chicken breasts or tenderloins, diced small
  • 4-5 slices crispy bacon, chopped
  • Green onions or chives, diced
  • Garlic powder
  • Olive oil or butter (about a tablespoon)
  • Optional extras: diced tomatoes, sour cream, jalapeños

Instructions:

Preparation:

  1. Preheat your griddle to medium heat.
  2. Dice the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season generously with garlic powder, pepper, and ranch seasoning.
  3. Chop your crispy bacon and green onions; set aside.

Cooking:

  1. Place bacon strips onto the hot griddle. When the bacon gets crispy, push it aside and leave some grease.
  2. Add your frozen French fries right into the bacon grease. Season well with ranch seasoning, flipping regularly for about 12-15 minutes until crispy. You can sprinkle on some salt, pepper or a teaspoon onion powder if desired for more flavor!
  3. When bacon is perfectly crisp, remove it from the griddle and chop into small bits.
  4. Cook the diced chicken with a little olive oil or butter, about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked and golden brown.
  5. Once everything is cooked, turn off your griddle heat. Arrange fries into a nice even layer.
  6. Top fries generously with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, then add crispy bacon and cooked chicken.
  7. Let everything sit for a couple minutes until cheese melts.

Ingredients

  • 32 oz French Fries frozen, crinkle cut
  • 4 oz Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 4 oz Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • Ranch Seasoning to taste
  • Ranch Dressing to taste
  • 1 LB Chicken Tenderloins or breasts chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat griddle to medium heat
  • Start by cooking bacon, when bacon begins to crisp and its grease is on the griddle, move aside to continue cooking, and add frozen fries in the bacon grease to cook. Season fries liberally with ranch seasoning. Cook fries for 12-15 minutes or until crispy. Flip them and turn regularly to make sure they don't burn
  • Remove bacon when crispy and set aside.
  • Add chicken to hot griddle in a small amount of bacon grease, butter or oil to prevent sticking. Chicken will take 5-7 minutes to cook, season well with your favorite poultry seasoning.
  • When all ingredients are cooked through – turn off burners of griddle and move fries to make the bed of this delicious dish.
  • Layer the the mozzarella, and cheddar on top of the fries, followed by the bacon and chicken. Let sit for a moment until all cheese is melted. Serve hot with ranch dressing on top.
