I’m not sure that I can make an anything that’s as simple as this easy dessert recipe! Only a handful of ingredients and I started with my recipe for Bacon Wrapped Oreos – which only has a couple ingredients and a TON of flavor.

To my knowledge it was originally Matt Pittman from Meat Church that did the Bacon Wrapped Oreos recipe, or at least he was the one that I saw do it first. Feel free to leave me a comment at the bottom of the page if that’s not correct. I’m not sure why it took me so long to cook this one

When it’s time to cook these – throw them on your smoker, and use a wire rack – that’ll make it easier to move the food on and off quickly and easily. This also prevents the food from burning from being on for too long.

Once your Bacon Wrapped Oreos are done, take them off the grill and let them cool for about 10 minutes. This is to allow the heat from the bacon and it’s grease to dissipate so that it doesn’t start melting the marshmallows before they start to cook.

I used Stuffed Puffs marshmallows for these for ease. They have chocolate stuffed right into the middle of the marshmallow. I liked this variety because it keeps the chocolate contained and doesn’t leak out the side when cooking.

When you put them together stack them vertically and put a skewer through the top that runs all the way to the bottom.

Let’s Eat

After just a couple minutes on the smoker the marshmallows will be gooey, melty and delicious. Let them rest for just a couple minutes and dig in. This is an easy dessert that you need to try once in your life!
