Terms and Conditions for Espegard Fire Pan Giveaway

Eligibility:

• The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Products will only be able to be shipped in the USA
• Employees of Cedar Creek Rustic Furniture, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.

Entry:

• To enter the giveaway, participants must fill out the comment section on a recipe page to include name, email, and comment on the cookingintheyard.com website. The entry form requires participants to provide their name and email address.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win the giveaway.
• By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Sharing of Information:

• By entering the giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree that their name and email address will be shared with Cedar Creek Rustic Furniture as well as cookingintheyard.com (cookingintheyard LLC) and you will be added to the weekly newsletter. Unsubscribe anytime by clicking the link on the bottom of the email

Opt Out: You may unsubscribe from the receipt of such marketing communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link on each email or in accordance with the process set forth below for each Participating Company.

Prize:

• The prize for the giveaway will be an Espegard Fire Pit cooking device and fire pit as shown on the cookingintheyard.com website and @cookingintheyard social media sites, accessories not included.

Winner Selection and Notification:

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
• The winner will be notified via email within 5 business days of the giveaway closing date. If the winner does not respond within 2 days of being notified, another winner will be selected.

Announcement of the Winner:  By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree that you are in agreement that your name could be publicly announced via Sponsor’s website, or social media pages, and/or via email to all subscribers and otherwise following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Term.

General Conditions:

• The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.  The Sweepstakes is void where restricted by law or otherwise prohibited in whole or in part. The Sweepstakes is strictly for entertainment purposes and may not be used in connection with any form of gambling.

• cookingintheyard  LLC  reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms and Conditions.

Release and Limitations of Liability:

By participating in this grill giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless cookingintheyard LLC, Cedar Creek Rustic Furniture, Danny Dobrzenski, Joseph LaPointe, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, loss, damage, injury, or claim, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any other harm that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, arising from or in connection with: (i) the use, misuse, or inability to use the grill received as a prize; (ii) any modifications or alterations made to the grill by the winner; (iii) any actions taken by the winner or any third party in connection with the grill; (iv) any failure of the grill to function as intended; (v) any accidents, fires, or other hazards resulting from the use of the fire pit/ grill whether intended or not.

By entering this giveaway, entrants acknowledge that they have read and understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Entrants also acknowledge and understand that this release of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and that they are relinquishing certain legal rights, including the right to sue.

Cookingintheyard LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time.

Agreement to Official Rules:

• Participation in the giveaway constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Cookingintheyard LLC, which are final and binding.

Odds of Winning:

Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of valid entries received. Two (2) prizes will be awarded to two (2) winners.
