I’ve made this for game day, movie nights, and even as a late-night snack when the craving hits. The best part? You don’t need any fancy ingredients, and the whole thing is ready in under 30 minutes.

Why You’ll Love This Pizza Pull Apart
There are plenty of reasons why this pizza pull apart deserves a spot on your table. It’s quick and easy to make, even on busy nights. Every bite is cheesy, garlicky, and buttery. It’s also a perfect recipe for parties, tailgates, or just hanging out with family.

Also, it’s easy to customize with whatever toppings you like. Honestly, it’s one of those recipes that looks and tastes like you put in way more effort than you actually did.

Ingredients You’ll Need
Here’s what goes into my go-to pizza pull apart recipe. Hawaiian rolls bring a soft and slightly sweet base. Mozzarella cheese gives you that classic melty pull. Pepperoni adds that perfect salty bite.

Garlic, butter, onion powder, and crushed red pepper combine for a rich buttery topping. If you’ve got fresh parsley and oregano on hand, they add a pop of freshness too.
How To Make A Pizza Pull Apart
Making this pizza pull apart is super simple. Start by preheating your oven to 350°F. Slice two slits into each Hawaiian roll, making sure not to cut all the way through. Stuff each section with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and a little more cheese on top.

Mix melted butter with garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper, then brush that garlicky mixture all over the rolls. Bake for 5–8 minutes until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted. Serve warm with marinara or pizza sauce for dipping.

Serving Ideas
This pizza pull apart is great on its own, but I like to serve it with a few extras. Try ranch or marinara on the side for dipping. Add it to a party spread with wings, nachos, or chips and dip. If you want to balance it out, a simple salad makes a great pairing. And if you’re putting together a game day table, make two batches - this stuff disappears fast.

Tips And Variations
Want to change things up with your pizza pull apart? Swap out mozzarella for provolone or cheddar for a different cheese pull. The topping possibilities here are endless. Italian Sausage, jalapeños, olives and mushrooms if that's your thing. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top if you want a fun twist. And if you like spice, just double up on the crushed red pepper for some heat.

Final Thoughts
If you’ve never made a pizza pull apart before, this is your sign to try it. It’s quick, cheesy, and completely addictive. Whether you’re cooking for family, friends, or just yourself, this recipe is a guaranteed win. Make it once, and I promise it’ll become one of your go-to snacks.
