How to Make It

Prep

  1. Fire up your smoker to 375°F.

Ingredients

  • 8 Oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Beef Gravy
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Cup Cheese Curds

Instructions

  • Preheat your smoker to 375°F
  • Season Cheese Curds with Scorpion Rub, Optional but recommended
  • In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mozzarella, white cheddar, sour cream, 1/2 cup beef gravy, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined and smooth.
  • Transfer the cheese mixture to a greased baking dish or cast iron skillet. Spread it evenly. Place seasoned cheese curds on top.
  • Place the dip in the smoker for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and lightly golden on top.
  • Remove from the smoker and immediately sprinkle cheese curds evenly over the top. sprinkle crumbled bacon
