- 1 C Shredded Mozzerella
- 6 oz Pizza Sauce
- 8 TBSP Butter melted
- 1 tablespoon Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Pizza Seasoning for inside sliders
- 2 TBSP Fresh Italian Herbs parsley, oregano, thyme
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoon Pizza Seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Slice Hawaiian rolls horizontally to slice in half, while keeping all the buns connected together. Spread pizza sauce on the bottom bun, followed by the slices of cheese, pepperoni, shredded mozzeralla cheese, and pizza seasoning. Place top bun on the sliders.
- Make garlic herb butter: mix garlic, Italian herbs, pizza seasoning, black pepper into melted butter, then brush generously over the top of the sliders. Cover loosely with foil.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes covered, then remove foil, and bake uncovered for another 5-8 minutes. Make sure nothing starts to burn.
