- 1 LB Breakfast Sausage
- 1/4 C Flour
- 2.5 C Milk
- Salt & Pepper

- Preheat oven to 375F
Sausage Gravy Recipe
- In a pan, cook breakfast sausage until cooked through. Add flour to the pan and mix to cover the sausage is coated in flour, let cook for about 2-3 minutes – let it turn brown, but not burn.
- Add milk, salt and pepper and stir well regularly to combine for 3-5 minutes to thicken. Adjust milk and flour at this step to make it thinner or thicker to your liking.
Pizza Biscuits
- Lay biscusits on a baking sheet evenly spaced apart. Using a glass or cup, press the bottom of it into the dough to make a small bowl shape in the dough. Par bake by placing in oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- After that remove from oven and add gravy, scrambled eggs and cheese, place back in oven and bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and the biscuits are golden brown.
- Serve hot.
