Building the Pizza Biscuits

1. Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray and evenly space out the biscuit dough.
2. Use the bottom of a glass to press each biscuit into a bowl shape with a bit of a raised edge.
3. Pop the biscuits into the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes. You want them starting to firm up but not fully baked.
4. Take the biscuits out and spoon some sausage gravy into each one.
5. Add a layer of scrambled eggs, then sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
6. Return the biscuits to the oven for another 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the biscuit edges are golden brown.

Serving Suggestions

• Sprinkle chopped green onions over the top for a fresh kick.
• Serve hot with a side of fresh fruit or hash browns.
• Want a spicy twist? Add a pinch of red pepper flakes before baking.

Recipe Notes & Pro Tips

• Biscuit Dough Tip: If you can’t find biscuit dough at the grocery store, regular pizza dough works too.
• Get Creative: Try adding sliced tomatoes, pepper jack cheese, or sautéed mushrooms.
• Crispy Bacon Tip: Drain cooked bacon on a paper towel to remove extra grease before crumbling.
• Gravy Consistency: If your gravy gets too thick, just stir in a splash of milk over medium heat until it loosens up.
