Cooking

Lay the bacon twists on a wire rack placed over a baking sheet. This setup helps ensure the bacon cooks evenly and stays crispy.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the bacon twists are a beautiful golden brown. Keep an eye out so they don’t burn—you want them perfectly crisp, not charred.
Remove from the oven and drizzle the remaining brown sugar icing from the can of cinnamon rolls over the twists while they’re still warm.

Serving Suggestions

Serve these gooey cinnamon rolls immediately while warm. They’re amazing on their own, but if you’re feeling fancy, whip up a maple glaze or a cream cheese glaze for dipping. Sprinkle a few bacon bits on top for an extra kick.

Recipe Notes & Pro Tips

Be sure to twist the dough tightly around the bacon; this helps everything stay together during baking.
If you love an extra hit of sweetness, drizzle a bit of maple syrup over the top—the contrast with the salty bacon is unreal.
